Red Frizzle banty hen acting weird, not getting feathers in

Hey peeps!!
We have two red frizzle bantam hens that are sisters. Thelma is doing fine but Louise is another story. About a month ago we noticed she would walk sideways a few steps or backwards and not be with the rest of the flock. They both molted and Thelma got all her heathers in but not Louise - where she lost feathers she is bare. She eats and otherwise seems fine, any ideas??

What occurs to me, purely from reading on here, is Marek's, a head injury, or a vitamin deficiency. People have had chickens get well with vitamins -- you'd have to reaearch to see which.
