Red Golden Pheasant

I've had ring necks for years, but just purchased my first Red Golden trio last fall. They are all late hatch, and the male shows a little bit of color. How long before he'll reach full plumage?

He should be looking pretty good by October or November, but usually don't reach their peak color until the 2nd year. They are beautiful birds. Your love them.
