We had 2 dozen eggs set, 13 started to develop and only 3 hatched
They were a mix of red golden, yellow golden and snowy. It looks like the three that hatched are red goldens. They are sooo much more personable than the first batch I hatched. While I appreciate that pheasants are not domesticated animals , I am so amazed at how much calmer these three are.
Are the "goldens" normally calmer than the black melanistics/ringnecks?
