Red Laced Cornish X and project talk (pics p. 8)

Yes Petco sells it, but it's more expensive there. I get it from a small pet store and it's MUCH cheaper.

I am getting my food drop shipped a pallet at a time from an organic company in North Cali. All the San Diegan chicken peeps are splitting the pallets with me.

You have mice?
I think the winter must have killed our mice, haven't seen any since last summer. The coyotes haven't even come back yet but we are seeing a few rabbits so it won't be long before coyotes return.

Well I thought I would update youz guy'z on the progress of the last 2 of 3 of last few hatches, these are already in outdoor brooders and doing nicely. There are a few disappointments in color as to be expected with any hatch and will not be bred back with my pure cornish standards, but may serve as breeding stock for my meat bird project later on. One group is a hatch that is 7 weeks old and the other group is 3 weeks old, I have 2 more hatches that are still in indoor brooders and saw pic's of them a few post back.

These are all pure bred Standard Cornish, they don't have leg problems most associate with the Cornish X, Standard Cornish have tree stumps for leg's and or known to be the strongest stoutest leg's in the Biz.
