Red lumps on chickens face/wattle?

I have three hens & one rooster.about a month & a half or so ago they were all having some respiratory problems & one of my hens developed a lump on her face,its still there & its the same color as her face,which is tanish pink but today when I went in the coop she had a tiny bright/deep red spot under her eye & another one(bigger) growing on the back of her wattle!I need help please!do u know what this could be?!!! I thought maybe chicken pox but they are not bloody or scabby or black?!..if anyone can help me out with some advice I would greatly appreciate it, thank you❤❤

Oh also all of them are eating,drinking,& acting normal..although some of there sstool has been a Lil runny with a bit of golden yellowy color in the runny part of it?...I will try to take a pic of my hen "white puff the pirates" face tomarrow(the one with the red lumps/blisters)...

So today when I went in coop everyone seemed fine but when I looked at "white puff the pirate" (the one with red lumps on her face/wattle) she had a lump I hadn't seen yet on her leg(dont know if its new or was there yesterday?) part of it is ted,part of it is very dark(not sure if it may be just dirt on the lump?).I really need help please!!!..Here are some pics of my hen "white puff"(white puff for short)...

Also my other white hen "cloud" has had a redder face than white puff & seems to be breathing a Lil heavier than the others & I noticed today when cloud pooped she had some golden yellowy liquid in with her poop?!this has been happening for over a month now,not sure if its just her popping like this but it may be more than just her?!..here is a pic of clouds face & her poopy she took today(well I wanted to send the one I saw her pop today but there Wasnt much left by the time i got back to coop so im sending you another one I found,the one I saw her poop earlier was runnier than this one but this one still shows the runny golden yellow color,oh & the white crumbs are egg shells)..if anyone can help please,I would greatly appreciate it,I dont know what's going on & im very worried?!!!never had these problems before,my chickens have always had great health the many years that ive had them!
