Red marks and feather loss…no sign of pests

I have 16 chickens and 2 ducks in my coop. One of the girls is missing feathers around her vent and has red marks in the bald areas, but it is not the entire area that is red. They almost look like scratch marks. None of the other birds have anything like this. I have 3 silkie roosters but only one mates and he is very gentle (I have cameras on them and have reviewed footage). I don’t see any bullying going on either. I have checked the entire flock over with a flashlight at night and handle my birds daily. Also wiped down walls, nesting boxes and roosts, no sign of mites or lice anywhere. I am hesitant to just treat the entire flock for something that only one bird has and would really like to determine the cause. It has been going on for 2-4 weeks now, but doesn’t really appear to get better or worse. Other than the bald spots and redness she appears normal and is eating, drinking, and laying daily.

I would recommend treating with Blue Kote because it helps treat stuff like this. It is also a purplish/bluish color. The purple-blue color helps deter other chickens from pecking at it.
