Red poop need more insight

So red berries don’t know if they caused this they were on branch but now they not here some photos is it good or cocci or somethin?

Coccidiosis doesn't always cause blood (ruby red in color) to appear in stools. Sometimes the inflammation the coccidia cause in the intestines can cause the lining to slough off and show up as reddish orange tissue in the poop. It will usually be orange stringy material. If the poop is diarrhea, it's best to assume coccidiosis and get started treating with Corid if in the US or whatever brand coccidiostat is sold in your country.
 
Does it look like diearia
I believe it can be, but your chickens poop doesn't look like anything to be concerned about. It just looks like it's a result of what they've been eating.
