Red ranger?

Could be a New Hampshire, but coloring is a bit off. Could be a mixed breed as well.

 

He definitely isn't an NH or a RR, I'd vote mixed breed for sure.

 

I've seen it happen before. Wouldn't trust TSC as far as I could throw them to know what they are selling.

 

lots of people complaining about chicks gotten there - turning up to be different breeds (if any)
