Red Rash?

I noticed one of girls is missing feathers and looked red. Is this normal molting or some kind of pest? Close up of some feathers that look like there are maybe lice eggs or something possibly? My hens are about a year old. These are my first chickens. Thanks in advance!

This is on another one of my hens. I have 10 total hens and these appear to be the only two with “issues”

Get some permethrine based powder or spray and treat everything and all the birds.

thanks. How severe is this issue? I’m now planning to pick up some spray on my way home and do a big coop clean out tomorrow. If I get on it right now is it manageable?

It's really easy to get on top of and eradicate.

It's really easy to get on top of and eradicate.

I have grow outs in a separate pen that shares one side of the fence. Should I also treat them? They are 2-7 weeks old. Different coop. But shared fence.
