Red scaly patch on 5 week chick’s neck

Hi, could someone help me identify this problem? Not sure if it is mites or feather picking...?

It looks like feather picking to me...
not quite sure. Blow on the feathers around until they lift, and try to see if there are any mites under them.

Thanks for the response!! We haven’t seen any mites (checked back of neck, under wings, around tail, all looks like pink healthy skin)

Trying to rub some coconut oil on the wound to help it heal and boost immunity with some ACV and garlic... any other suggestions would be appreciated!
