On the last picture where the feathers look white, they were just really shiny reflecting the sun. I would appreciate any thought people might have whether this is a roo and also if it truly is a red sexlink. Thanks!

I'd say a RIR mixed with idk what. A red sex-link cockeral will be mostly white, with red on the wings. Your young roo looks like a barnyard mix. If you're advertising him to sell, I'd call him a rir mix.
