Red Spots On Feet?

My buff brahma pullet has little red spots on both of her feet, I am not sure what is causing them. She has been at a public fair in the past two weeks, but I can't think of anything else that might play a signifigant role in this happening. Any ideas?

could be from the cold if its cold where you are or very wet. my chickens get red spots if the ground is frozen but they go as soon as the ground warms up
