Medicated feed will not help at this point. And yes, you can medicate them with Corid even without an official diagnosis; it will not hurt unaffected birds. Once you get more into this, you will see that most chicken people have Corid on hand and will administer at the slightest sign of cocci. Make sure you mix it into their water (3/4 tsp per one gallon for 5 days) and do not offer any other water or treats while medicating.thank you guys for the answers it really helps. im keeping an eyes for those chicks i will keep you posting for the devolopment.

Definitely. I was just reiterating that sometimes people do go ahead and treat just to be on the safe side... that it won’t hurt them.It should be, but is not in every case.
I still think this is internal shedding... I have seen blood in chick droppings before.
