The farm told me she had been wormed which is a lie coz every single one of them are riddled in worms, there is a lot to it but unfortunately we are the ones left paying hundreds to save them because there for my children ..

This is so sad it doesn’t sound good and I’m sorry this is probably not the answer you were hoping for. We sadly had to assist one of ours last week who was ill and we knew she was in pain , she was old as well so I understand this will be conflicting for you. The farmer clearly knew his chickens were not well , the farmer needs reporting

Mines not going on like in pain though, but honestly I am Furious with him he knew they were for my children yet stil sold them .. I have reported him hun x
