Red stripes in eyes?

Not sure if this is an emergency or an issue but this is my runt of the group and she gets picked on a lot and I noticed her eyes are like this? I'm unsure of when they started looking like this but she acts normal other than some ditsy-ness. From what I can tell she's the only one looking this way. Almost 9w, Fed Nutrena 20% pellets, using Americas choice flake bedding.

So both eyes are like this? I would wonder about this being an early sign of the ocular form Mareks disease, but I really don’t know for sure. Does she seem to see okay to get food and water? Are there any other symptoms? @microchick can you look at this?

Eating and drinking normally, she's smaller than the rest of my hens but she has always been small so no changes. Both eyes are like that and similar.

I would continue to watch for changes. Many times the colored iris becomes more pale or gray, and the pupil may become smaller or irregular. There are a number of pictures of eyes online that are suspected to be Mareks, such as this one:
