Red swollen rooster feet

My rooster has red, swollen feet. They look raw. No other chicken affected. Now he’s not walking.

My feather-legged birds get that sometimes, though not so severe. It could be bumble-foot, but I think it could also be caused by moisture/dirt/bacteria being trapped so close to his skin. It is probably a combination.

yeah that looks more like a bacterial infection.

So I washed with medicated soap, sprayed with Poultry Wound Spray ( tea tree oil). It says to use that 3-4 times per day. That will be difficult.
Other suggestions for treatment?

He is a Brahma with feathered feet. Just a year old, getting beautiful tail feathers.
