Red Vent Plugs-Question

I have a 1588 Genesis Hova-bator, am I suppost to leave the red vent plugs in the incubator, or take them out on lockdown? I'm really confused!

I never use them. I leave them out all the time. Hatch time it is VERY important to have the vents open, as they need the oxygen. That is the most important time to have them out.​

So take them out and leave them out threwout the hatch?

I don't use them at all. Maybe some people do. I don't know. I just never use them.

I usually leave one in during incubation and pull them both out during lockdown, but i havent really noticed a difference with or without them. So???

I do not use the plugs in my bator either.

I would just say watch your humidity. If it's good or too high leave them out. If it's too low put them back in.
