Check out this block, you don't have to make this pattern but what we are doing is this style, you can place your red,white,blue blocks in any pattern you wish, this is the correct measurements

These are the fabrics I have for this swap


The first two would be together as for the 3rd and 4th colors would be together, I have some red solid that I will be put with the 3rd and 4th and not sure what to use for the first two as it looks white but it is really cream, so these may not make this swap unless I find a blue to tie them together, so many options. These are my choices so don't think this is what we need to use, you use what ever speaks to you.

wow those blocks are very pretty, love the fussy cut's on Mary's and your little pinwheels and four patches, these will make a wonderful addition to our quilt.
