Redder face skin problem?

Hi, hoping someone can tell me if my 10 week old black sexlink hen has a skin problem on her face. Pic attached... get face is a lot redder than the other 5 sexlink I have... there is another one that is a little less than she is but compare to the other ones... She does not seem to be distress or pain in any way... she eats well and always happy to be picked up and get a scratch under her chin... it's not swollen and the skin does not appear to be scaling. I've seen pics on the net with some having a really red face... some not so much... just need to be reassured...
