Reds pecking at the Isas....how can I stop them?

So we had 2 Isa Browns, and an Australorp Bantam. We added two Rhode Island Reds, segregated them for a month, then put them in with the others. They seem fine apart from the fact that the Reds (one in particular) keeps pecking at the feathers on the back of the Isas, and has also pecked to bleeding one of their combs. They don't do it while free-ranging, only in the morning before they're let out of the coop. Apart from de-beaking, any ideas on how I can get them to stop?

You could try distractions in the coop, like hanging up little vegetables perhaps. Sometimes pecking happens because the coop is a bit too cramped. How big is your coop? Maybe you could expand the area they have a little for the newcomers.
