Seeing the broody pics reminds me, I need to get one of a broody hen all pancaked out like they do, unless anyone has one already?

Here's one of a broody call duck on eggs. My ducks like to build tall/deep mounds while they are sitting, then when the hatching starts, they flatten it all out for the ducklings.

Yikes!! Did they bleed for long? How many birds did this happen too?
They must have hit something hard or got them caught in something.

When I noticed that something was wrong with their spurs, they had already stopped bleeding. It happened to two roosters in the same pen.

Not a great pancake pic but in breaker crate...ones on eggs are in nest with smaller opening.
