Refills for ink cartridges?

Does anyone that has tried refilling have a Dell printer? Dell ink is outrageous but I think I saw that Staples will refill their cartridges now.

I looked at Staples website and what I was thinking is wrong... they don't refill, they're selling new Dell cartridges. Used to only be able to order ink directly from Dell. In case of an ink emergency, I guess it's nice to be able to run pick some up, but it's still expensive.
