refridgerator as dry storage?

do weevils eat bullets? i'm kinda thinking maybe a pound of open salt or rice might absorb some of the extra moisture....i really shouldn't be opening it more than a couple times a month.

I have used and seen old refrigerators used for welding rod storage. To store welding rods you need to run a 40 watt bulb inside at all times to keep the moisture out. I dunno if that same 40 watt bulb would get it too hot for bullets though. It does get warm but not like an oven.

weevles come in the grain products when you buy them.
if you freeze the products for a few days BRFORE storing them, you'll have LESS of a chance for infestation.
