wasn't sure where to ask this question but I've noticed that eggs stored on the counter empty completely when opened vs. those in the refrigerator where the whites kind of stick in the shell and have to be scraped out. Neither are washed so what makes the difference?? Is quality affected at all? Sorry if this is not the place but I couldn't find where to ask a question.
