Regrowth of feathers after lice

We finally cleared up our lice after multiple Dustin's and coop cleanings- but our chickens have bald spots and there feathers don't seem to be growing back- it's been about 3 weeks and I am worried about the lack of feathers when the winter comes. Does anyone have a suggestion about what to do? Will they grow back soon? If not is there something we can do - it can get pretty cold here in the Hudson valley.

The feathers will grow back after molt. FYI: Keep an eye out for a feather picker.
