Regular calcium deposits & mouth open

Hi. I have an Americauna, she is about 8 months old. She is my smallest bird (out of 4) is a bit of a "loner" but happy, just does her own thing. Anyway, I've noticed since she started laying (maybe a couple months now) that she has calcium deposits on her eggs. Maybe 50% of the time. Some is very little and some is more. I read that this typically goes away on it's own - which it does and then comes back. Anyway - is 50% of the time normal (it may be a touch less?) - I feed layer feed (scratch and peck) and also set out oyster shells. I'm worried that she is getting too much calcium but I can't remove what I have out there because my other ladies have great eggs and that would deprive them of calcium. I don't really notice her munching on the oyster shells. Yesterday she walked around with her mouth open most of the day....which was odd. It seems to be better today but then I got this egg from her today (see attached) - this is the worst I've seen on the calcium deposits (it's on the back side of the egg too). Is this something to worry about? What could be wrong and what would be the remedy?

Also - sometimes there are little brown/red specks inside the eggs. Are these eggs, with the deposits and with the specks okay to eat?

If you're setting out oyster shell, you can feed a low calcium/high protein feed like grower. layer feed tends to have too much calcium.
Those are meat spots, just pick them out.
