Crowing
I've searched but not found what I'm looking for.
I have two broodies who keep going broody, we break them, go on.
However, my dad asked for a couple hens(new hatches) but what are the chances of these broodies changing their behavior in a new coop? Does that make sense?
If they move homes/coops, 20 minutes away, will their broody behavior continue?
I'm sure it's a crapshoot, but my dad is older, his wife older than him, and I don't want to necessarily saddle them with known broodies lol! Although they are looking good enough to eat ....
They are 1.5ish years old buff Brahmas and we are not letting any more broodies hatch.
