Rehoming Roosters

I need to rehome two roosters in Washington State area. They are both natural bantams, white with black tails. They are four months old and the larger one is gorgeous and has started crowing a little. The other roo is tiny and everyone has picked on him so much he wobbles and shakes sometimes. This morning, after separating him from the others, he flapped his wings, wobbled, and tried to crow. I have placed three CL ads so far with NO responses. Maybe if I offered to pay someone to take them? I am at the end of my rope here!
