Ok I have 3 girls that I kinda rescued, the guy I got them off had 5 and a rooster, he is getting the rooster reformed and them I will have other 2 girls, so my question, will they remember each other or will I have to reintroduce them?

You may well have pecking order issues that they will have to work out. The rooster will no longer be part of the flock and it will be a new home as well.

The 3 girls I already have included the dominate female, and she is still the dominate female, I know they will sort it out themselves, they think im there roo so I don't think I will have alot of probs with them, was just wondering if they would remember them lol, how long will it take for them to settle and start laying regularly

Who knows what really makes a hen comfortable? Most take two to four weeks to restart laying, could be sooner, could be latter.

I've had 14 eggs off them in nearly 3 weeks, they are 18 months old, how long will they continue to lay for?

How long they will lay depends on what breed and strain they are, how good they have kept their health and what ever their individual body's program says. Hens bred for production tend to burn out quicker then a heritage breed. The production drops around ten percent for a couple of years, so a hen that lays six eggs a week the first year drops to five then four. The rate can vary and the age they stop completely does as well. I was so tempted to start with "Who knows how long"

No one has been able to tell me what they are except to say they are some sort of hybrid, I was just looking for a rough idea as I know nothing lol
