Rehydrated vegs, fruit, greens

Any information would be appreciated on feeding rehydrated vegs, fruit & greens to chickens over the winter,thx

I do not see a problem with it. Dehydrating food keeps more of the nutrients and such in the food than canning does. If you've thought far enough ahead to dehydrate the food stuff to give them over the winter you're doing awesome. Feed it to them and be happy that you're saving on the food bill.
