Reintroducing quarantined hen back into flock

How would this apply to chicks? I have four newly hatched chicks with two broodies. The injured one is pretty badly pecked. I'm sure she will recover but I'm trying to figure out now how to deal with this? When should I send her back? Will the mama broodies accept her? She's only a day old.
