Relapsing wry neck

Hi Eggcessive,
I read your earlier post I have a 3 1/2 week old chick Who has wry neck I already have her on nutridense. I picked up the kale beef liver and have hard boiled an egg. Can I only feed it to her chopped or could I blend it all together. Would love to get any and all advice

I mooshed mine all together, but she was also very willing to eat. Hope yours responds as well as mine, although this is her second round.
Now I have another chick in with her who seems to have similar symptoms, but the way she is holding her head makes me think an injury, still giving her the same treatment. She is moving around fine, but holds her head to the side. Is having a hard time eating, but once I got her beak in the right place she gobbled.
They like to sleep in a big pile. And I am thinking she got shoved off or stepped on.

Thank you so much for responding back ! I'm going to do that too. I'm thinking holler has an injury too because before she went fully upside down her head was more cocked to the side my other two chicks were in the brooder with her and are growing quicker than she is and the night before I noticed something wrong I heard a huge raucous I figured nugget was trying to get out again she likes to roost on top of the brooder when I take the lid off the top. Thank you so much I've been at my wits end trying to help her to no avail till I found this post.

Hi Eggcessive,

The kale may cause a bitter flavor in the blending of all of the ingredients, so I would leave it in little pieces. I would be tempted to leave the egg and liver separate, and feed them at different times of the day. But if she has already taken them blended, you can continue that.

I put all mine in the egg while I was scrambling it. The kale last so it didn't get cooked much, my brother was quite happy to hear I was not fixing it for him. Mmm a liver omelette .
What she didn't eat I put in the fridge and warmed up in the pan.. If you knew how much I hate liver you would know how much I love my chicks.

Thanks y'all this is helping out tremendously I did end up blending all of it together in my ninja I dedicated a blending cup just for my chicks my husband thought I lost my mind with another nutrition fad lol. I definitely understand the loathing for liver Harvey horse I'm not a big fan either. But I digress I fed it to her about 2 ish hours ago and I just checked on her she reached around to preen her feathers and take a sip of water head to the side but not completely upside down like she has been. I'm jumping for joy at this small progress I will keep y'all updated

That first pic was taken yesterday when I was begging for help on another site the second one is from today after I fed her the mix

I found my silkie with her head down and she has seizure type shaking. Then she runs circles backwards with her head between her legs. I gave her a drench of poly I sol, vitamin e oil, selenium, electrolytes and oregano oil. No better today. Just stands with her head all the was back between her legs
