Reliable laying Hens suddenly not laying in nesting boxes! Help

Well, yes...because then you can confine them for 'nest training'.

Yes, but maybe by confining all the birds to a run and the coop, the other birds will use the nests and this newer one will catch on.

If she (the original problem bird) doesn't go into the nests at all but is friendly enough to handle you could try resorting to manually putting her in and blocking (or even locking) her into a box.
