For once, it is CLEAR here and I live on a mountaintop! Wish us luck that no clouds drift in and hover around our mountain like it usually does.

Trust me, all you people with clouds aren't missing much. I've been out there for almost 2 1/2 hours and only saw a few really good ones. I read up on it though and they should be still be visible for the next week.

It's suppsed to get really good around 3 or 4 am. It's crystal clear here. We saw quite a few already. I just can't stay up that late.

We tried to watch it last night, didn't see anything but lots of stars and a bat. Better luck next time I guess. On a good note, though, we managed to feed a whole herd of mosquitos. So at least they aren't going hungry.

We had a good TS blow in!!! Was up at 2 and it was clear for 20 minutes, didn't see diddle!!!

It was cloudy last night, but the clouds were broken up, so I sat out for about an hour about 1:30-2:30am...I saw about 6 of them, but that was all. Oh well it was nice just siting outside and enjoying the cooler peaceful night.
