Repairing a Styrofoam incubator

Cut the hole out a little bigger & square & cut the new piece a little bigger than the hole & it will fit tight enough you will not need glue, but be careful pushing it in place, hold pressure on the other side of the piece you are pushing or it will break.

Great stuff will work and probably will be the cheapest method. Just fill the area and leave it alone. Don't get concerned about all the extra when it expands. The worst thing you can do is touch it before it sets. Then simply trim it with a pull saw or other fine toothed saw. Even a hack saw blade. You can then sand with 40-60 grit .if you need to.
