replacement tubing for Suro 20 water pump?

I have a R-COM Suro 20 that I've used once a couple years ago. I went to set it up this weekend and found that the tubing that the carries the water from the bottle through the pump and to the incubator is broke in several spots. According to the manual, it's a 1.5 mil ID x 2.5 mil OD silicone tube, but I don't seem to be able to find that exact tubing through any of my Googling.

Can anyone direct me to somewhere that sells replacement tubing for the Suro 20 or does anyone know if there's a different tubing I can use that will still work with the pump and other fittings?

Look up nitro fuel line on eBay, 1/16“ is likely close enough... Or if you have a well stocked hobby store that's sells RC gas planes they might have it in stock as well...
