A neighbor owns a rooster, contrary to a local ordinance. Problem is the rooster screams day and night. The cry can be heard almost 3 blocks away. To whom do I report this? I live in Dania Beach, Fl. Broward County ordinance makes owning a rooster illegal.

Is this just a troll post? Can find, and post on, BYC. But can't figure out local code enforcement or animal control?

You're right. And OP, if they ever materialize again, is also right. No chickens at all in Dania Beach.
