If I see a black snake I grab a gun and shoot in the air to scare It off but if it's anything other kind of snake the gun gets pointed at it

Why would you want to shoot a snake for there a benificial animal, if your affraid of them walk the other way and let them be. If it is a venomus species call someone out to remove and relocate it.
