I coturnix , some are 6wk. old some more10wks I want to put the males togather would this be a mistake? thanks

You can mix 6 week olds with 10 week olds. But you will need to do it slowly over a few weeks, keeping them separated by wire so everybody sees everybody but nobody touches. After a few weeks, the fighting should be limited.

However mixing males might be difficult if any of them are aggressive or have started in with breeding season. If you mix enough of them together and they are not crammed in, AND have enough space, you might be able to keep all males together. Keep them out of eye sight of females. And always keep an eye on them.
