So the local TSC called me about some injured chicks they had. Most ended up being fine, but one has a wonky leg. I was putting her in a sling in hopes of stretching it in the right direction before hobbling her, but now she has a big hematoma on the hock. Is it an old slipped tendon? Is there anything I can do to make her life a little better? She is extremely sweet, and she eats and drinks like a champ. She seemed to like the sling, so I didn't think it was hurting her.
