Oh yeah, she's spot on for an Australian Pit Fowl. Body and shank color, facial features, stance--I'd say that's what she is, 100%. Link for other's reference: Australian Pit Game on Feathersite

As for the age--I can't pin it down much for you but I'm guessing she's still a pullet, based on the size of the comb and wattles. The color could be due to her poor state--if she starts laying when you get her all healed up that'll tell you if she's closer or farther from 1 year.
