If nothing else, I would nix the pool and just give them buckets so she can't climb in and not get out, especially with you on the injured list...

Sounds like she is possibly Molting ?...Nice of you to rescue them..Cute Ducks..

She seems to be fine today so who knows what was up. I'm glad I found this site though. I have a LOT to learn about our new friends. I can see them from my home office window and I have to confess they're very distracting they're so fun to watch.

The Pekins are turning yellow which I THINK means they're getting ready for molt, so maybe she's just off her stride because of that. I have several chickens in full molt - poor straggly little things.
