I think it’s the food I looked at her stool and it is not diarrhea and it has no blood in it.They need that vet visit, and take a fresh fecal sample with them. If you have a local humane society, maybe they can help with costs. You've made a good start with them, and good kitten food will help them, and that vet visit.
