Rescued an abandoned chicken - Roo or Hen?

I've found this guy abandoned in a hedge by a busy road, so I'd just like a second opinion on its gender (sorry for the bad photo)...

Could you get a picture of it's saddle feathers? Without knowing it's age, that picture isn't good enough to tell it's gender.

I'm leaning towards Barred Rock hen, but as RoostersAreAwesome said, another picture, preferably showing saddle feathers would help.

Can you get a full body pic? I think I see saddle feathers. As for breed, I'm not thinking barred rock. It looks like it has the body shape of an OEGB, but full body pic will help determine that.

What color legs - looks like a Barred Road, leg color would help confirm that.

Sex=Male, Color/Pattern=Barred, Breed......Need a full body picture.

Looks like a young rooster. As for breed looks like a crossbred maybe a Black Sex-link rooster defiantly NOT a Barred Rock..

Here are some full body photos... I have to say that I was suspecting a cockerel with the colouring and hackle feathers, although I just thought I'd double check before he goes to the RSPCA (I don't think my current roo would be too chuffed with another boy in the flock).

ETA: I'm pretty sure that he's a Cuckoo Marans, since it's a very popular breed in my area.
