Rescued Duckling... newbie

Mine finally finished in the egg laying my Runners and Buffs still going.

Speedy is finally molting, so choppy, ugly, wet feather, looking feathers are everywhere, lol.
Sodapop has been kinda watching out for sugar and picking on her at times. He'll probably be going hormonal in a couple more months since he's about 4 1/2 months old. sugar is 3 1/2 months and is a little sassybox that I call sawtooth.

So, sugar took off flying around the neighborhood a few nights ago and I went out freaking out driving around looking for her. I had asked a new neighbor if he saw her to please let us know. Well, while I was out driving, looking my mom called and said I've got her. I was like thank God. Came back and my neighbor pulled up beside me and told me he saw her fly straight into another neighbor's garage door and fall. He went to my house and told my mom and helped her get skye back into the house too cause she ran out the front door too which she never does. Maybe looking for sugar I dunno. But my mom goes we're clipping her wings right now, lol. I only laugh now cause shes safe at home and grounded. I took her back to my room and kept her there all night cause her one eye was closed, probably from banging it on the door.
My mom said she let me pick her up and didn't even struggle cause I called her by name so she probably recognized that she knew me or our voices sound similar.

Oh, and tonight I go to put them in and had a suprise, I have an egg?! It was below freezing last night and I wasn't expecting any so I didn't look in the morning, shined the light in there for them to go in and there it was, pretty as can be and ice cold.

I've got that exact same bed for my dog! Do the ducks use it or was that a photo op?

My crazies use it the dog(liam) wouldn't, Skye(pit/lab) probably would, but liam was scared of it so, I gave it to the ducks so they could get up off the ground in the pen. and they use it constantly - I love that it's easy to clean off, just spray it with the hose and clean as almost new!
