It's an hour a day job, when i stay on top of it. But having been sick, then gone - I've been scrubbing walls, baseboards, and carpet cleaning. When it's just the kitchen and hall floor, its not to bad - i use the big putty spreader attached to a yard stick as a scraper, deck scrub brush and sponge mop - it's WAY easier now that they can safely be outside all day, even when I'm not home. They come inside at night with me cause it's not safe out there at night at all.
I rearranged the livingroom again though, i like it better this way feels like more room.

AND I am SOOOOOO happy speedy is finally off the nest. She's back to sleeping next to me or nearby and wakes me up with little nips/kisses. She's teaching the twins how to wake me up with little kiss/nips instead of making so much racket yelling cause they're hungry or whatever. Isabella started doing that today when speedy left off cause i got up, but laid back down.
While she was on the nest, they'd be put putting and bup buping, everyone could hear them but me. And now that she's off - they're quieter.
I think Speedy knows I can't hear, or that I respond better to nips then yelling, so does fancy but he obviously couldn't teach the twins cause he bites hard when he tries to wake me like speedy, and i wake up cussing.

Incase ya couldn't tell... I missed my speedy as much as Fancy did. Fancy has been sleeping with both of us again too - leaving the twins to their own. Woke up today to speedy kisses and twins at my feet, fancy on the loft above me, was awesome!:love:love:love

I still might have to move though, which stinks cause of all the work i put into this place to make it livable for all of us. Having a hard time finding a decent place that i can have them too.

Someone tell me they don't love me, or each other. I dare you. My Speedy will slice ya, while Fancy takes a chunk outta ya. :lau <3 <3 :love:love
Incase you're wondering - the twins are in the paper crates that i put together for them to sleep in with hay. It's the blue box looking thing next to Fancy.

btw, I'm not amazing. But thank you for saying so... I just do what I gotta to make sure it's livable and that none of us are living in nasty conditions.
I still have to clean the tv console and vacuum the carpet today. But it feels better in here now, though i noticed when i took these pictures - i missed a spot on the wall!

Looks like the wall in my coop most mornings lol They are all so relaxed it's amazing to me how much they like being in doors. I told my dh when my boy Opie gets old he will come in to live inside. He like to come in in the winter and visit. He's too busy with his girls in summer to be bothered. Do they all go outside some during the day?

Yes, now that i have it set up so they are safe during the day. I absolutely promise to take pictures for you tomorrow. I let them out when i get up and leave the back door open for them to come in or out as they please. If i see it looks like its going to storm or if its getting dark. I herd them all back inside.

I have few concerns with speedy lately since the twins have been here... i noticed when she gets wet her feathers get drenched, is that my fault because of baths and drying her? Water doesn't bead on her like it does fancy and the twins, but i did the same with fancy and even then speedy always seemed to get more water logged then him. She preens and cleans herself all the time the way i seem him do it. And her black feathers are beautiful when dry.
