Just got him

he is Definitely a chocolate color

When she found him she said he was with his mom and siblings he was injured and couldn't keep up so she took him

must be someone dropped a family of ducks

That is so sad, most don't make it in the wild not being able to fly and get away from predators. Very happy you got him he looks very healthy now.

He is doing well with my ducks... they have been a bit peckish putting him in his place...
He is with the others and free range wondering right now

I am super worried won't stop eating or drinking fiercely.. leaving the group to do so

Maybe where he was at he wasn't getting enough to eat and drink. Although my Runners are really pigs when it comes to eating and for being slim you'd never think so.

I think so, because not sure how long they where out on there own fending for themselves

Hopefully he'll settle down once he realizes food and water is always available. Poor thing.
