Rescued hen from freeway hit--trauma

So far, so good--I kicked her out to a cage yesterday, she gave me the one egg (so far) and ate/drank well. She was sleeping nicely when I went out at 3am today, so....it's looking promising!

Considering the vet bill, those eggs had better have gold filling...
