Rehab her, buy feeding her real food, with plenty of good greens for 2-3 weeks. Make sure she gets good sun and exercise as well.
Good probiotics in the form of yogurt or plain kefir is a good idea as well.
Then process her. The real food will turn her meat very tasty.
Meat birds do not live very long. At best, they can make it to a year, but they do die of water on the heart due to the cross breeding.

Thanks to all who responded to my request for information. As someone suggested, she was raised for meat and maybe I should acknowledge that. I found a fellow chicken tender who raises his chickens for consumption, and she has gone to live with him for a short period of time before becoming Sunday dinner. I had nowhere to keep her for a month to wait out disease issues or to keep her permanently apart from the 12 layers that I have who would probably have continued to abuse her in her congenitally debilitated state.

Yup. It's bred into her to have a short life.

The best thing you can do is provide a happy and healthy existence for the rest of her time here on this earth.

Thank you for making the right decision for her ..You saw that you could not care for her and you made a very selfless decision to allow her to be what she was intended to be,, Thank you..

We have integrated chicken house chickens before. They weren't "butcher ready" when we got them, so they weren't too huge. They do have problems getting around because of how they are fed, but after a while being free range, and regular non hormonal food, ours became pretty normal. They did just fine with our other chickens, but did not live as long.
