I am sure there are many casualties in the chick business at TSC and other feed store chicks. If store employees can't cull the sick or injured, they no doubt sell them. Happens in pet stores as well with all sorts of animals, birds and fish. It unfortunately goes with the territory of selling these creatures. It's no one's fault, it happens however.
